Any leafy green that is safe for a human to eat is safe for a rabbit as well. Therefore, absolutely, rabbits can eat spinach.

No, it is not. Spinach is safe for bunnies to eat. But in smaller quantities then other leafy greens because of its iron and calcium content.
If your rabbit does not love spinach, arugula is a great spinach alternative.
It’s very nutritional and doesn’t have the high oxalate content that spinach does.
Just like with any other vegetable, try to introduce it slowly. Give your rabbits a small leave of spinach to see if they have a bad reaction to it. If they have no reaction, give them a bit more.
